Graphic Designer (Packaging and Brand Experience)

Dewa Cafe are looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Product Designer to develop packaging and brand experiences for our F&B business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Minimum 1 years of experience in product or industrial design (experience in F&B, lifestyle, or retail industries is a strong plus).

• Strong portfolio showcasing both product/packaging development and graphic/visual design capabilities.

• Proficient in design and prototyping software (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Able to speak English

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging, product containers, and related F&B collateral with a strong focus on sustainability, usability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the graphic design, marketing, and operations teams to translate creative concepts into functional, manufacturable products.

• Research and recommend sustainable materials, printing methods, and production techniques suitable for F&B packaging and merchandising.

• Create technical drawings, dielines, and prototypes in collaboration with suppliers and vendors.

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across packaging, menus, merchandise, and in-store visual elements.

• Stay updated on trends in F&B product design, consumer experience, and sustainable innovation. Provide design support for graphic needs when relevant (menus, signage, digital content).
