Staff Purchasing.
PT MIRAE ASIA PASIFIK is one of the leading agents for lady’s intimate apparel located in Jakarta. The company are supporting customers and factories to export to various countries around the world. With the global changes and our expansion plan to handle new market opportunities, we need the right candidates to dill in the vacancy as below.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Able to communicate in English
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
Experience in raw material garment purchasing is preferred.
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Able to compare quotations and prepare simple purchasing reports.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or with a team.
Able to visit suppliers or markets when needed.
Understand basic stock control and material quality checking.
Responsibilities:
Source, compare, and purchase raw materials needed
Coordinate with suppliers regarding price, availability, delivery schedule, and payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders and related purchasing documents.
Monitor stock needs and coordinate with PPIC team
Ensure purchased items meet quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and look for alternative suppliers when needed.
Negotiate prices and terms to support cost efficiency.
Check and follow up invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Prepare purchasing reports and update purchasing records regularly
