Job Summary
Branch Manager oversees all daily operations 4W Suzuki dealership. This role focuses on driving revenue across all departments, managing local marketing, leading staff, and ensuring strict compliance with Suzuki Indonesia's corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Commercial Performance
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new Suzuki passenger and commercial vehicles.
Develop localized marketing and promotional strategies to increase showroom traffic and test-drive bookings.
Oversee vehicle inventory levels to ensure a healthy mix of fast-moving models
Maintain strong relationships with leasing companies and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
2. Aftersales & Operations Management
Monitor the Service and Spare Parts departments to optimize workshop throughput and parts turnover.
Ensure all maintenance and repairs comply with Suzuki’s official technical standards and warranty guidelines.
Implement strict inventory controls to reduce dead stock in the spare parts warehouse.
3. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Sales Coordinators, Service Advisors, Mechanics, and administrative staff.
Conduct daily briefings to align team targets and address operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate with HR to provide continuous training on Suzuki product knowledge and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Customer Experience & Brand Standard
Uphold Suzuki’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Service Quality standards.
Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding vehicle sales, financing, or workshop repairs promptly.
Ensure the physical showroom and workshop meet Suzuki’s corporate identity, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
5. Financial & Compliance Reporting
Manage the dealership's Profit and Loss (P&L), operational budgets, and cash flow.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the Dealer Principal and Suzuki regional management.
Ensure full compliance with local business licensing, tax laws, and automotive industry regulations.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in All Major.
Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive retail industry, preferably managing Automotive dealership.
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical budgeting, target-driven mindset, and excellent negotiation capabilities.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local automotive market, automotive financing networks, and aftersales operations.
