Store Manager - Jakarta dan Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for managing daily operations of the store and ensuring sales target achievement;

• Able to analyze the store’s financial aspects and provide financial-related recommendations to the Management;

• Successfully implement marketing promotion strategies in the store and maintain good relations with the landlord;

• Able to maintain the store’s service standard, including but not limited to store ambience & cleanliness, salespeople’s service excellence, merchandise selection, etc.

Qualification : 

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in any related major;

2. Min. 10 years of experience in retail operations/department store, of which 3 years as a Store Manager;

3. Result/target-driven & high-achiever;

4. Has strong leadership and excellent communication skills;

5. Strong in problem-solving and decision-making skills;

6. Good command of English, verbal and written;

7. Familiar working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

8. Willing to be stationed in Jakarta area and Tangerang (please notify your preference).
