Freight Forwarding Operations

 I. Job Responsibilities

1. Operation Execution: Responsible for the operation of ocean freight processes, coordinating with customers and overseas agents to confirm cargo information, and assisting in formulating transportation plans.

2. Document Processing: Prepare and review documents such as bills of lading and customs clearance documents to ensure compliance with the requirements of Indonesian Customs.

3. Tracking and Abnormal Response: Track links including cargo booking, customs clearance, and delivery, provide timely feedback to customers, and handle abnormalities.

4. Resource Coordination: Coordinate with cooperative parties such as warehouses and trucking teams, confirm details of cargo handover, and ensure smooth transportation.

5.Expense Settlement: Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable, verify the transaction funds between customers and suppliers, follow up on the status of payments and receipts, and conduct business analysis.

II. Job Requirements

1. College Diploma or above, majoring in International Trade, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or related fields; candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.

2. With over 1 year of local freight operation experience in Indonesia, familiar with ocean freight operation processes and basic customs policies.

3. Proficient in Indonesian (both oral and written) and fluent in English (both oral and written); candidates with Chinese proficiency and minimum HSK 3-5 are preferred.

4. Careful and responsible, with strong execution and communication skills; able to adapt to the industry rhythm and urgent needs, abide by industry norms and company systems, and have no bad records.
