Job Description

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

• Turn raw footage into engaging, clear, and platform-appropriate videos.

• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and other visual elements as needed.

• Ensure videos follow the approved script, content brief, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.

• Adjust video pacing, hooks, storytelling, and visual flow to improve audience retention.

• Create different editing styles for educational, awareness, soft-selling, promotional, and trend-based content.

• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, templates, and final video assets.

• Collaborate with Content Creators, Social Media Specialist, Graphic Designer, and Brand Lead.

• Complete video revisions accurately and within the assigned deadlines.

• Stay updated on social media trends, editing techniques, platform formats, and competitor content.

• Support campaign, product launch, event, and other brand marketing video needs when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Video Editor or in a related role.

• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply.

• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video-editing software.

• Able to edit short-form social media videos independently.

• Good understanding of video pacing, storytelling, subtitles, sound selection, and audience retention.

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple videos and deadlines.

• Able to receive feedback and complete revisions quickly.

• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, and Adobe After Effects is an advantage.

• Experience editing healthcare, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce content is preferred.
