JKTOS. Crew Support Intern

(1) Manage and input actual expenditure and budget realization data for crew hotel accommodations, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.(2) Serve as the administrator for the Crew Goods Distribution System by managing uniform distribution, sending collection reminders, and updating crew information.(3) Maintain and update crew hotel and crew goods contract data on a regular basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.(4) Assist in testing the Crew Goods web application by performing functional testing, documenting issues, and supporting system improvements.(5) Calculate crew hotel accommodation requirements, including budget estimates and room allocations for RON (Remain Overnight) and layover locations, based on the operational plan.
