Senior Buyer – E-commerce

Planning, selecting, and purchasing a commercially viable product assortment for the company’s online platforms.

Analyze local and global fashion trends, customer insights, and sales performance to forecast high-demand products for the Indonesian digital market.

Plan and manage product assortments for the company's e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of best-selling products while minimizing stock shortages and overstock.

Track daily and weekly sales across e-commerce channels, identifying opportunities to improve product availability and category performance.

Work closely with Digital Marketing and E-commerce Operations teams to plan product launches, promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and online visual merchandising.

Conduct competitor analysis on product assortment, pricing, and market trends to maintain the company's competitive position.

Prepare regular buying and sales performance reports, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer or Merchandise Planner, with at least 2 years in an e-commerce.

Strong understanding of fashion retail, merchandising principles, and online consumer behavior.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast demand, and make data-driven buying decisions.

Experience working with online marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with merchandising, ERP, or inventory management systems is an advantage.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
