Job Responsibilities
Manage strategic partnerships end-to-end, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners across Retail, Lifestyle, Technology, FinTech, InsurTech, Banking, P2P Platforms, and Digital Ecosystems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership performance, analyze KPIs, and provide recommendations to optimize business results.
Develop sales support materials and onboarding programs for partners.
Conduct partner training and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Around 2 years of working experience in Retail, Lifestyle, Partnership, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related industries.
Fresh graduates with strong internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and monitor business performance.
Comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Willing to travel regularly for partner and branch visits.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools to improve productivity is an advantage.
