WE ARE HIRING — AREA MANAGER
Apex Property Management is looking for a hands-on Area Manager to join our team in Bali.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular quality checks at villas and properties
• Organise and manage cleaner schedules
• Supervise cleaners and ensure company standards are followed
• Support the cleaning team and clean personally when required
• Report maintenance issues and operational problems
• Communicate clearly with guests, property owners and the operations team
• Work closely with the entire Apex team
Requirements:
• English is mandatory
• Previous experience in hospitality, villa management or housekeeping preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organised and able to solve problems independently
• Comfortable working both as a manager and as part of the team
• Must be hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
• Based in Bali and able to travel between properties
