Requirements:
Strong swimming abilities
Knowledgeable about pool cleaning & maintenance
Positive, energetic, and creative
Skilled in verbal communication
Able to speak Basic English
The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
Excellent customer service skills
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
Responsibilities:
Supervise guest behavior while using pool and slide facilities to ensure compliance with safety rules and provide proper usage guidance.
Provide directions and information to guests to prevent accidents and answer questions regarding facilities and park areas.
Administer first aid to injured guests at the First Aid station, and guide them to safe areas in case of emergency.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to efficient use of electricity, water, and environmental pollution control.
Actively participate in emergency response situations
