Description
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain project flow.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to uphold safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project management.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise on site promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction management or site engineering
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions and on-site environments
