Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, coordinating events and promotions, and leading the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the marketing team.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Plan and oversee promotional events, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Support the company's branding and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
