Responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods to support vessel operations, including delivery coordination, inventory control, and warehouse management. The role also ensures proper handling of export-import documentation and compliance with customs regulations, while maintaining efficient, safe, and organized logistics and warehouse operations.
Job Description :
Monitor and coordinate the delivery of goods to vessels, including tracking shipments during transit.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory data across Jakarta and other designated locations.
Handle export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Oversee warehouse maintenance and ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of materials.
Ensure all logistics and warehouse operations run efficiently to support vessel operations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain role.
Experience in warehouse management and export-import (customs) documentation is required.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
Familiar with customs regulations, shipping documents, and clearance processes.
