General Contractor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction and electrical installation activities for data center projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Monitor the progress of civil, architectural, MEP, and electrical works, ensuring project completion within the approved timeline (S-Curve) and budget (BOQ/Budget Plan).

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues encountered on-site.

• Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution panels, cabling, UPS, generators, grounding systems, and other supporting infrastructure in accordance with project requirements.

• Ensure work quality complies with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Contractor Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in Data Center, Commercial Building, Industrial, or Electrical Construction projects.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project coordination skills.

• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.
