HR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Job Description

• Support the development and maintenance of Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, organizational structures, and job grading documentation.

• Assist in implementing competency management, including Competency Matrix and competency assessment administration.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in Talent Review, People Mapping, and succession planning activities.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning and development programs.

• Coordinate employee induction, onboarding, and training administration.

• Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives, including CSR and company events.

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Support Workload Analysis (WLA) and organizational development projects.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and analysis related to Organization Development activities.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Organization Development, Human Resource Development, or Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Good understanding of organizational development, competency management, performance management, KPI, and training & development.

• Familiarity with Job Analysis, SOP development, Workload Analysis (WLA), and HRIS is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
