Customer Relationship Manager

What We’re Looking For

* Male or Female, minimum 18 years old?

* Not currently enrolled in formal education?

* Based in Banjarmasin?

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills?

* Able to work effectively in a team environment?

* Honest, disciplined, and responsible?

* High motivation, proactive, and ready to take on challenges?

* Basic understanding of customer service and relationship management is an advantage?

What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty?

* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner?

* Update and manage customer data accurately in the CRM system?

* Follow up with customers to build long-term engagement?

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met?

* Support customer retention programs and relationship-building initiatives?

* Report customer insights and issues to management?
