- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies at Roadwise Logistics Corporation.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.), supporting executives and managers in a transportation & logistics setting.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position requiring less than 1 year of experience, recent graduates welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and good time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supplies stock, prepare reports, schedule meetings, assist with administrative tasks, and support staff with clerical duties.
