Job Summary:
Teleperformance is looking for qualified and customer-focused individuals to join its Tech and Consumer Services account. The role involves providing excellent customer support while assisting clients with technology-related products and consumer services. Candidates should have strong communication skills, relevant customer service experience, and a background in digital advertising.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality customer support through phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and concerns related to technology products and consumer services.
- Support clients in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various advertising platforms.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the company's system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on product features, digital advertising trends, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE).
- High School or Senior High School Graduate.
- At least 1 year of Digital Advertising experience, including one or more of the following platforms:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta)
- LinkedIn Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Snapchat Ads
- B2 English communication proficiency.
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Salary Package:
- Earn up to ?29,000 per month.
