We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative – BSC Commercial to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, processing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to support commercial operations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests, orders, account updates, and service-related transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the company's systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate (K–12), or College Undergraduate (completed at least 2 years in college); college graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic Knowledge in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Above Average English communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and onsite or hybrid arrangements, if required.
