Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide clerical and admin support to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documents.
- Reconcile financial accounts and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Support internal staff with timely financial information.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in records.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
- Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related course.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work in Quezon City
