myScout is looking fora driven and reliableClient Intelligence Associateto join our growingteam. This is ahigh-volume outbound calling rolefocused on verifyingcompany information and staffing usage across the United States. You will spendmost of your day on the phone speaking with decision makers & gatekeepersat a fast pace.

This is a fully remoteposition designed for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortabletalking to strangers all day, highly organized, and able to performconsistently in a structured startup environment.Attendance is criticalin this role. Performance is measured daily and weekly through clear metrics.Call offs directly impact results and are not tolerated.

This isnot a salesrole, but it is a production driven role with clear expectations aroundoutput and accuracy.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Make200 to 300 outbound calls per day using an auto dialer from a provided list
  
• Speakwith companies to confirm hiring trends, staffing usage, and company facts
  
• Identifystaffing departments and gather accurate contact information for decisionmakers
  
• Gatheradditional insights such as roles filled by staffing, frequency of usage, andstaffing vendors used
  
• Conductonline research using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources tovalidate records
  
• Researchpersonal insights on staffing decision makers through social media platforms
  
• Enterand maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and the myScout platform
  
• Flaglead issues or inconsistencies to the Manager for re verification
  
• Respondto client questions or corrections via chat, email, or phone within 24 hours
  
• Answerinbound calls to the myScout main phone line as needed
  

Requirements

• Callcenter, customer service, telemarketing, recruiting, or other high volumeoutbound calling experience strongly preferred
  
• Experienceworking with an auto dialer is a plus
  
• Staffingindustry knowledge is helpful but not required. Full training provided
  
• Confident,friendly, and professional phone presence
  
• Comfortablehaving back-to-back conversations throughout the day
  
• Strongcomputer skills and attention to detail
  
• Ableto work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  
• Coachable,dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  
• Provenstrong attendance record in prior roles required -call offs are not tolerated here
