- Respond promptly to all inquiries within 6 working hours.
- Coordinate with Reservation team to check villa availability before sending offers.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients as per approved rate structure.
- Maintain an updated record of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist in conducting site inspections for agents and clients.
- Prepare a weekly summary of sales activities and report to Sales Manager.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing monthly performance reports.
- Update and maintain sales databases, rate cards, and marketing materials.
- Contribute ideas for promotional offers or partnership opportunities.
