About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Staff to support our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory management, supplier communication, and logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage purchasing and procurement activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Prepare purchase orders and track order fulfillment.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and finance teams.
Analyze supply chain data and generate reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
