Supply Chain Management Supervisor

Job Description:

• Manage import procedures and ensure compliance with related regulations.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability.

• Prepare and control production planning schedules.

• Handle procurement and ordering processes to support operational needs.

• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely product distribution.

• Supervise supply chain activities and collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma 3 (D3) in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, or related functions.

• Experience in handling import procedures and import documentation.

• Experience in inventory control, production planning, procurement/purchasing, and delivery management.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional departments.
