Lecturer (Ancol)

Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) is seeking passionate and dedicated lecturers across various disciplines to contribute to teaching excellence, impactful research, and community engagement while shaping future professionals and leaders.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the curriculum and learning outcomes of the study program.

• Prepare and update course materials, assessments, and learning resources to support student success.

• Conduct research activities and contribute to scholarly publications in reputable journals and conferences.

• Actively participate in community service initiatives as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

• Contribute to curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement to ensure academic excellence and industry relevance.

• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to students.

• Participate in departmental, faculty, and university activities, including accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.

• Support administrative duties and academic operations as assigned by the department or faculty.

• Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching, research, and academic competencies.

• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to strengthen academic, research, and industry partnerships.
  

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Master's Degree (S2) or Doctoral Degree (S3) in a discipline relevant to the study program applied for, from a reputable university.

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in higher education is preferred.

• Candidates with prior experience in academic leadership or administrative roles are encouraged to apply for available structural positions.

• Possession of NIDN and Academic Functional Rank (Jabatan Fungsional Dosen/JFD) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated commitment to the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, including teaching, research, and community service.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and academic writing abilities.

• Passionate about teaching, research, student development, and continuous learning.

• Open for Full-Time Lecturer positions.

• Willing to be placed at UBM Ancol Campus or UBM Serpong Campus.
