We are looking for professional, energetic and responsible Store Sales Assistants to join our new store at one of Indonesia’s newest luxury retail destinations.

The main responsibility of this position is direct in-store sales. Successful candidates must be confident approaching customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and professionally completing sales.

This is an active, customer-facing sales position rather than a primarily administrative or cashier role.

Main Objectives of the Role

• Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets.

• Deliver professional and attentive service to local and international customers.

• Develop strong knowledge of the brand, products, materials, sizing, fit, care instructions and current promotions.

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Maintain merchandise, store equipment and the sales environment in excellent condition.

• Remain proactive, attentive and productive throughout scheduled working hours, except during authorised rest and meal breaks.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and engage customers entering the store.

• Identify customer needs through effective questions and attentive communication.

• Provide professional product, sizing, styling and fit recommendations.

• Explain product features, materials, prices, promotions and care instructions accurately.

• Actively close sales and recommend complementary products through appropriate cross-selling and upselling.

• Work toward agreed sales KPIs, including individual sales, conversion rate, average transaction value and units per transaction.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and new collections.

• Process POS transactions, payments, receipts, exchanges and returns accurately when assigned.

• Replenish products and ensure correct pricing, tagging and product presentation.

• Assist with receiving deliveries, stock counts, stock transfers and inventory checks.

• Exercise proper care over merchandise, cash, POS equipment, fixtures and other company assets.

• Immediately report damaged products, missing goods, equipment issues or stock discrepancies to the Store Manager.

• Follow stock-control, loss-prevention, safety and security procedures.

• Maintain visual-merchandising standards and ensure the store, fitting rooms and stock areas remain clean and organised.

• Complete opening, closing and daily operational duties according to company procedures.

• Support colleagues and carry out reasonable store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Advisor or similar customer-facing position in fashion retail.

• Demonstrated ability to sell directly to customers and work toward sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer-service skills.

• Confident, friendly and proactive when approaching customers.

• Responsible, honest, punctual and dependable.

• Willing and able to learn detailed product information.

• Professional presentation appropriate for an international fashion brand.

• Comfortable using a POS system and handling retail transactions.

• Able to perform an active retail role involving standing, walking, customer assistance, merchandising and stock replenishment during scheduled shifts.

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

• Conversational English is strongly preferred because the store serves international customers.

• Available to work according to a shopping-mall roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• Currently based in Bali or prepared to relocate.

• Legally eligible to work in Indonesia.

Working Schedule

• Full-time shopping-mall roster based on store operating hours.

• Regular working hours will be arranged in accordance with Indonesian employment regulations.

• Weekly rest days and meal/rest breaks will be provided according to the applicable roster and company policy.

• Approved overtime and work performed on public holidays will be compensated in accordance with applicable regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: Rp4,500,000 gross per month.

• Monthly sales commission of up to Rp2,000,000 gross, based on achievement of clearly communicated individual and store sales targets.

• Potential total gross monthly earnings: Rp4,500,000–Rp6,500,000.
