Own day-to-day warehouse operations for Hygo
Enable accurate, on-time fulfillment across D2C, wholesale, and consignment channels as the business scales
Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods, packaging, and ingredients
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical counts against the system
Enforce FEFO/FIFO rotation and batch/lot traceability for recall readiness
Monitor and control storage temperature and humidity to protect heat-sensitive products
Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch across all sales channels
Coordinate with 3PL partners (e.g., GoSend, Grab) on pickups and deliveries
Ensure packing standards protect barrier integrity in transit
3+ years in warehouse, inventory, or operations (food, beverage, or FMCG preferred)
Working knowledge of food-safety and hygiene practices
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with inventory systems and basic spreadsheets
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; functional English a plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
