Mathematics Teacher

HighScope Indonesia is an internationally accredited school under Redea Institute with 15 schools throughout Indonesia. Our programs range from early childhood to elementary, middle school, and high school.

This new academic year, we will transform to Eco-Socio-Tech School.

This position is for our head unit in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. Expected to start in June 22nd for initial mandatory training, working arrangement is WFO Monday to Friday. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the final stage of the selection process: an in-person (offline) demo teaching session.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education. Master's degree is preferred.

• 2-3 years of working experience related to teaching Mathematics for middle school or high school students.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in applying technology for teaching, i.e. Microsoft, Google Workspace, Digital Presentation, etc.

• Passion for teaching, easy-going, open-minded, and collaborative.

Job Description :

• Responsible for teaching and learning activities in the middle school and high school program, including creating lesson plans, implementing the teaching activities, and monitoring the progress of each student.

• Teaching students with an active learning system

• Creatively engage students in the lessons and keep students curious and attentive

• Inform the parents about their children's progress during conferences

• Other responsibilities given by the Principal related to the school program
