Hostess

About the role

As a Hostess at Bamboo bar & grill restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. In this full-time position based in Bali, you will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, managing wait lists, and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

• Warmly greet and welcome guests to the restaurant

• Manage the seating of guests and maintain wait lists efficiently

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations on the menu and dining experience

• Communicate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

• Assist with general front-of-house duties as needed

• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised and professional front-of-house area

What we're looking for

• 
  

• Greeting Guests : Welcoming guests as they arrive

• Reservation : Talking and confirming reservations, and seating guests at table

• Guests : Accompany Guests

• Promotions : Upselling promotions

• Minimum 1 Year Of Experienc

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle busy and high-pressure situations

• Familiarity with restaurant operations and reservation management software

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

• Living In Bali
