Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake artisan breads, focaccia, pizza dough, and other bakery products according to company standards.
- Mix, ferment, proof, and bake dough while ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Assist in preparing bakery items that support the restaurant's Italian menu.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker.
- Experienced in artisan bread, focaccia, pizza dough, or similar bakery products.
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred.
- Passion for baking, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: IDR 3,000,000 – 4,500,000 (excluding benefits)
