Marketplace Manager for cosmetics brand

We are TopLash, a global cosmetics brand new to Indonesia. We create the best products on the market and already sell in over 20 countries with over 7 million customers worldwide.

Our goal is to become the number one brand in Indonesia for women's eyelash and eyebrow beauty products.

We are seeking a Marketplace Manager with REQUIRED experience in cosmetics brands. We need someone to help us manage sales on TikTok Shop and Shopee, oversee order fulfillment and inventory management, manage influencer relationships, and handle communications with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities Include:

 • Facilitating interactions with marketplaces, fulfillment, and logistics companies.

 • Providing customer support through TikTok and Shopee chat systems.

 • Assisting in contract negotiations and sourcing relevant contacts.

 • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

 • Managing product assortments and filling product detail pages.

 • Monitoring sales and compiling reports.

• Affiliate Marketing and Marketing Agency Management

• Assistance in hiring and training a marketing team

• Working with internal marketplace advertising tools

Qualifications:

 • Previous experience with E-commerce, marketplaces and cosmetics brands is essential.

 • Proficiency in English is essential.

 • Able to work independently and take initiative.

 • Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes.

 • Advanced computer skills, including online services and spreadsheet management.

 • Personal computer or laptop is required.

 • Communication and negotiation skills.

 • Organizational and planning abilities

Working conditions:

 • Remote work

 • Full-time, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday

 • Fixed salary of 8-11 million rubles, based on interview results

 • Work and development in an international team
