Tasks and responsibilities:
Facilitate and enable activities in L1 office activities
Execution of Internal Audits (Procedures Manual assessment, office assessments) filing of assessment forms;
Facilitating correct development of certification programs;
Development of automated systems;
Facilitating follow-up of improvements:
Training of Scheme Managers/Coordinators;
Conduct training related to the scheme and procedures.
Advice and back up the Director on efficient implementation of the certification system.
Responsiveness to and, as applicable, resolution of complaints, appeals and concerns;
Assistance in the handling of complaints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or comparable level by training or experience in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in testing, inspection, and certifications industry or related field.
Having experience as a program coordinator, supervisor, or relevant position.
Lead auditor training.
Knowledge of the current version(s) of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17065 and/or ISO/IEC 17021, 17020, Government Regulation No.50/2012.
Knowledge of audit principles, practices, and techniques (19011).
Knowledge of company/management processes;
Management skills;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Knowledge of customer’s business (including technical aspects);
Knowledge (of development) of automated systems;
Knowledge of Program management within the relevant information system.
