Senior ERP Developer (Fluent English)

• Position: ERP Developer

• Target Profile: Indonesian nationals only.

• Work Arrangement:

  • Open to Remote Working, OR

  • Open to Full Onsite/WFO in Singapore (SG). (Note: Candidates willing to relocate/WFO in SG will be offered a higher salary package).

• Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English Speaking Skills (Mandatory, as the hiring manager does not speak Indonesian).

Key Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• Experience: 8+ years in IT application development, with 4+ years as a Technical Lead or Technical Solution Architect.

• Industry Focus: Retail / Supermarket Chain environment experience is required.

• Core Tech Stack: Dynamics 365 CRM Online (Sales/Service/Power Platforms), C#, OOP, JavaScript, REST APIs, SFTP, SSIS.

• ERP & Integration: D365 Business Central (BC) / NAV, AL extension development, KingswaySoft, SAGE, InvoiceNow (Peppol), payment gateways (NETS, QR, SGQR), and retail integrations (LS Retail / LS Central, POS, ESL).

• DevOps & Delivery: Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, release management, solution layering, and dependency management.

• Soft Skills: Proven leadership/mentorship, strong delivery ownership, excellent stakeholder management, and clear technical communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft Dynamics & ERP: D365 Business Central (BC) development/admin, NAV customization, AL extensions, on-premise to SaaS upgrades, and multi-entity management.

2. ERP & Business Integrations: Web Services, OData, SAGE, Peppol, Payment Gateways, Loyalty Platforms, CMS, VMS, and Government platforms (HPB, CDC Vouchers, etc.).

3. Retail & Supermarket Tech: LS Retail/LS Central implementation, POS systems, Self-Checkout, ESL, Pricing/Promotion Engines, and Inventory/Warehouse operations.

4. DevOps & Infrastructure: GitLab CI/CD, environment control, release management, and incident/production support.
