NMS Agent
Requirement:
- Lulusan S1
- Min 2 year Experience as Project Staff/Admin
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang NMS such PRTG
- Memiliki basic knowledge di jaringan (Network)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient with MS Word, MS Power Point, and Google Suites
- Experience in data processing will be an advantage
- Experience in IT and Telecommunication Industry will be and advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and develop reports
- Experience in handling customer and service delivery oriented
- Being meticulous towards details, having empathy for clients and product users
