Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No BPO experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain customer records by documenting interactions in the system.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet quality standards and performance targets.
- Follow company policies and call center procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
