The Role We are seeking a Full-TimeLitigationParalegal to support our Arizona/California caseload. A minimum of8 yearsof litigation experience in personal injury isrequired. Experience in: Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or South Carolina is considered a plus. OUR REQUIREMENTS: - Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery - PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience - ForwardingComplaints to process servers and monitoring service of process - Drafting Discovery Responses - Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence - Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses - Calendaring litigation timelines - Conducting status update calls with clients - Client update calls - Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests - Assistin trial preparation - Verified litigation experience in Arizona and California plusadditionalstates. - Familiarity withAZTurboCourt/eFileAZ; ifsupporting California matters,mustmeet California's statutory paralegal qualification requirements (Bus. & Prof. Code §6450).
