JOB SUMMARY

ZODIAC GROUP is seeking a Bartender for its newly established bar, Blowjams Love Bar in Jalan Senopati.

This role is at the heart of the bar experience — responsible for crafting drinks, delivering consistent quality, and creating an engaging, high-energy atmosphere behind the bar.

A Zodiac Bartender is not just a drink maker, but a host behind the bar — someone who understands flavor, flow, and guest interaction while maintaining speed, cleanliness, and precision during service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

• Engage with guests at the bar in a warm, confident, and professional manner

• Manage bar setup, mise en place, and prep before service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout operations

• Work closely with Barboy and FOH team to ensure smooth service flow

• Monitor stock levels behind the bar and communicate replenishment needs

• Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations

• Handle peak-hour pressure with speed, accuracy, and composure

• Support bar closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and reporting
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Bartender in bars, lounges, or nightlife venues

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques

• Ability to work fast without compromising quality or cleanliness

• Strong communication and guest interaction skills

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and team-driven mindset

• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and high-energy environments

• Passion for bar culture, hospitality, and delivering great guest experiences

• Bartender certification or mixology training is a plus
