Center Director (Manager)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage all aspects of center operations ensuring compliance with all laws, rules, and SOPs.
• Develop and oversee full collaboration and cooperation among all the departments.
• Ensure IT and computer equipment meet the standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered properly in the production system.
• Continuously maintain a safe, clean, functioning, and friendly center environment that follows English 1 standards.
• Recruit the best people to fill all roles in the center using established L2H procedures.
• Ensure all staff members receive appropriate induction, coaching, mentoring and ongoing training.
• Ensure all staff members are evaluated objectively and in a timely manner. 
• Analyze and review the performance of all staff in relation to achieving targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum S1 degree. Ideally in business management.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced growth environment, independently handling overall.
• Management and working with people from different cultures.
• Able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and staff management.
• Sales and marketing background. Previous experience in meeting sales targets is a plus.
• Organizational abilities, detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted
  organization.
• Problem-solver and self-motivated.
• Can work under pressure and has good analytical skills.
• Basic finance management skills.
