Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily inventory activities in the warehouse, including inbound and outbound goods flow, to ensure stock accuracy and smooth operational processes.
• Supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure all inventory movements are properly recorded and aligned with company procedures.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems such as FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) to ensure product quality and prevent stock losses or expiration.
• Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counting) and reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize and optimize warehouse layout arrangements to maximize storage efficiency, improve accessibility, and support smooth warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and related departments to ensure timely inbound and outbound goods movement.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock movement analysis, and inventory performance summaries using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas, and other advanced functions).
• Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking, stock updates, and reporting.
• Handle large inventory databases and ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and systematic record keeping.
• Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with internal inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
• Assist in delivery coordination or operational support when required, including driving company vehicles for inventory-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Transportation Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related roles
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management processes
• Familiar with inbound and outbound goods flow
• Understands inventory systems such as FIFO, FEFO, warehouse layout arrangement, and stock opname procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, and other functions)
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems
• Experienced in handling large databases
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to drive both manual and automatic cars (SIM A)
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
