JOB VACANCY: PROJECT MANAGER (PM) - Must be Domiciled in BALI

Job Status: Full-Time (Rigid Work Discipline)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM WITA) 

Location/Domicile: Bali, Indonesia

Report to: Operations Director 

Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Lexio Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. You will ensure that operations are completed on time, within budget, and up to the company's rigorous quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Project Lifecycle Management: Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and controlling project progress from inception to handover.
2. Resource Execution: Directing, supervising, and coordinating site engineers, site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain daily productivity.
3. Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, vendors, sub-contractors, and relevant local authorities.
4. Financial & Progress Tracking: Overseeing and monitoring administrative project costs, financial compliance, and comprehensive weekly/monthly progress reports.
5. Site Compliance & HSE: Enforcing health, safety, and environmental (K3) regulations on-site alongside standard operation discipline policies.
6. Risk & Problem Solving: Identifying potential bottlenecks, managing project risks, and delivering objective, rapid on-site problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or a Senior Site Engineer in residential, commercial, or building construction projects.
3. Domicile: Must be currently domiciled or permanently residing in Bali.
4. Technical Skills: Competent in blueprint and structural reading (shop drawings, as-built drawings).
5. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel for cost analysis).

2. High level of personal integrity to protect company assets, technical data, and financial reporting.
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills under tight schedules and dynamic field conditions.
4. Highly adaptable to a Rigid Work Discipline environment.
