Salary: 25,000,000 - 35,000,000 (including Executive Performance Bonus) and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and level of expertise/month

About Us

Coastal Grand Villas is a premium luxury Property Management company in Bali dedicated to delivering world-class service and top-tier Property management.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Shareholders and working closely with the Board of Commissioners, the President Director is the highest executive officer of the Company and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, corporate governance, financial performance and sustainable growth of Coastal Grand Villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall executive leadership of the Company.

• Lead, supervise, coordinate and oversee the performance of all Directors and executive leadership team.

• Ensure that every Director performs his or her responsibilities in accordance with the Company's strategy, budget, policies and objectives.

• Approve and monitor departmental business plans, budgets and key performance indicators.

• Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between all departments.

• Make executive decisions within the authority delegated under the Company's Articles of Association and internal governance policies.

• Represent the Company in accordance with Indonesian Company Law.

• Report regularly to the Shareholders and the Board of Commissioners.

• Drive business growth, profitability, operational excellence and corporate governance.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, licensing, labour regulations and other related aspects of law and regulations compliance.

• Identify and manage operational, financial and legal risks.

Requirements

• Good English proficiency is a must.

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury property.

• At least 5 years as General Manager, Operations Director, Country Manager or equivalent executive role.

• Strong financial/P&L background & knowledge, commercial and strategic planning experience.

• Experience reporting to owners, shareholders or a Board.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English and Indonesian.

• Knowledge of Bali property market and Indonesian corporate governance.
