We are currently seeking a Brand Activation & Event Manager who can drive creative brand experiences, oversee end-to-end event execution, and lead strategic activation initiatives that elevate customer engagement and brand presence.
Brand Activation and Event Manager is responsible to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning through effective marketing campaigns, brand activation, and customer engagement strategies.
Working under the Branding team, Brand Activation & Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing brand activation activities and events to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and customer acquisition within the luxury jewelry market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly brand activation activities, events, exhibitions, customer gatherings, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Develop activation concepts and event initiatives aligned with the company’s target market, branding direction, and business objectives.
Coordinate end-to-end event execution, including timeline preparation, vendor coordination, venue arrangement, budgeting, and on-site management.
Work closely with the Social Media Team to ensure all event materials, promotional content, and campaign communication are aligned with the company’s brand image and positioning.
Monitor and evaluate activation and event performance through customer engagement, event attendance, and business impact analysis.
Manage and monitor event and activation budgets to ensure effective spending and ROI optimization.
Develop and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and repeat transactions.
Develop customer engagement initiatives such as loyalty programs, VIP events, customer gatherings, and seasonal campaigns.
Stay updated with trends in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, wedding, and lifestyle industries to develop relevant and engaging activation ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Brand Activation Manager, Event Management, Event Marketing, or related areas. Preferably within the luxury fashion or beauty industry
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand activation programs with measurable business or customer engagement impact
Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, activation events, or branding projects previously managed
Able to manage multiple projects, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of customer engagement and CRM strategies
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and highly execution-driven
