Description
- Construct and repair structures made of wood, concrete, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications.
- Plan and execute layouts for various projects ensuring precision and quality.
- Collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance with local building codes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of structural design and land development
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planning, surveying, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent observation and presentation skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with contract specifications and ability to follow project requirements
