Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all platforms
Handle and manage company social media accounts and digital media presence
Create engaging content for Instagram and other marketing channels
Lead digital marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and media planning
Coordinate with media partners, influencers, and creative agencies for brand collaborations
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
Organize promotional events, partnerships, and luxury brand activations
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare strategic reports for management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, media handling, or brand management
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred
Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities
Passion for luxury products and customer experience excellence
