Country Head of Vietnam

DESCRIPTION

The Country Head Vietnam is responsible for leading, designing, and evaluating overall business growth strategies, commercial operations, and market expansion for the company in Vietnam. Serving as the primary P&L Owner for the country, this role plays a pivotal part in aligning corporate vision with local market dynamics, managing strategic partner ecosystems, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and building a high-performing local organization to secure market leadership and sustainable profitability in Vietnam.

QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business, or related field.

· MBA is an advantage.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry.

· Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.

· Proven experience managing distributor-based business models in Vietnam.

· Strong knowledge of Sales, Trade Marketing, Distributor Management, and Business Development.

· Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

· Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

· Fluent in English; Vietnamese is highly preferred. Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to travel within Vietnam and internationally or Willing to relocate to Vietnam!
