We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Executive Butler to provide bespoke, attentive, and seamless service while creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized butler service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to departure.
Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored services that exceed expectations.
Manage guest preferences and maintain detailed guest profiles for personalized experiences.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
Supervise and coordinate daily butler operations to maintain luxury service standards.
Ensure villas are fully prepared prior to guest arrival, including amenities and special arrangements.
Promote resort facilities and services while identifying opportunities for upselling personalized experiences.
Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury hospitality standards, and service protocols.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, Guest Relations, or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or private villa.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and personalized guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
Professional, polished grooming, and exceptional etiquette.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
