We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Executive Butler to provide bespoke, attentive, and seamless service while creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized butler service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to departure.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored services that exceed expectations.

• Manage guest preferences and maintain detailed guest profiles for personalized experiences.

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.

• Supervise and coordinate daily butler operations to maintain luxury service standards.

• Ensure villas are fully prepared prior to guest arrival, including amenities and special arrangements.

• Promote resort facilities and services while identifying opportunities for upselling personalized experiences.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury hospitality standards, and service protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, Guest Relations, or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or private villa.

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and personalized guest service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable.

• Professional, polished grooming, and exceptional etiquette.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
