Supervisor Engineering

Requirements：

• Japanese language skill (JLPT N1/N2 preferred)

• Good command of written English; daily conversational English is sufficient.

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferredSPV

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Data analysis skills

• Interested in IT, DX, and AI technologies

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field

• Experience in process improvement activities.

• Team player

• Self-motivated and proactive

Preferred Qualifications：

• Experience in Japanese company is an advantage

• Experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing industry is an advantage

Job Description：

• Lead continuous improvement activities.

• Analyze production data and business processes to identify issues and propose improvements.

• Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.

• Promote Kaizen and 5S activities.

• Support and coordinate various projects related to assigned responsibilities.

• 継続的改善活動の企画・推進を担当する

• 生産データおよび業務プロセスを分析し、課題を抽出して改善提案を行う

• コスト削減および生産性向上プロジェクトを推進する

• Kaizen活動および5S活動の定着・推進を行う

• 担当業務に関連する各種プロジェクトの推進および支援を行う
