Operation Improvement (Agronomy Industrial)

Job Description Summary:

Providing the best efforts and knowledge to support the implementation/ development of the respective transformation projects in order to produce high quality outcome.

Job Description:

• Support to projects to carry out concept development, trial/ piloting and roll-out of initiatives as per the specific roles defined in project structure and roles.

• Collaborate with all stakeholders for full support during the project.

• Prepare high standard of protocol for each approved initiative.

• Monitoring, evaluating and continuous improvement to improve project results.

• Report the test results in the form of a summary and detailed report Concept Lead/ Project Lead.

• Contribute in conveying inputs and information during the project for better results.

• Perform analysis and comparison of test results against company policies both operationally and financially.

• Conduct project socialization so that project goals and objectives are well deliverable.

• Provide assistance (visits, data support, discussions) at the project location

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferred), in agronomy or agricultural science

• 5+ years’ exposure in industrial technology

• Proven problem solving and analytical skills

• Experience in workshop facilitation and strong relationship building skill

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
